Invocation process:
- Look at Sun (not directly) and pay homage to savitru (Sun), ruShi vishvAmitra gAthina, ruShi vaiShTha maitrAvaruNi. And then, chant (do japa).
- Do fire ceremony by offering Ahuti (oblation) to agni (fire) after every chant.

प्रयोग विधि:
१. सूर्य को देखें (सीधा ना देखें)| सवितृ देव, ऋषि विश्वामित्र गाथिन, ऋषि वसिष्ठ मैत्रावरुणि को वंदन करने के पश्चात सावित्री मंत्र का जाप करें|
२. यज्ञ मे प्रत्येक मंत्र जाप पर आहुति भी दे सकते हैं|
